Refund Policy

Effective September 23, 2026

1. The refund window

You may request a refund of your purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase. Every request made within those 30 days is refunded in full. You do not need to give a reason, and the whole amount comes back to you.

2. How to request a refund

Email myworkglass@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, or your Paddle order number. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, which is the buyer support site shown on your receipt.

Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

3. Your data

Your data is yours either way. You can export all of it at any time, and nothing is deleted because of a refund.

4. Who you bought from

WorkGlass is made by G Schultz Design LLC of Palm Harbor, Florida. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service inquiries and returns.
